Texas ProStart Invitational
Teams of students representing their ProStart programs compete in the Texas ProStart competition. One qualifying competition is held over one weekend in Dallas, Texas at Collin College. In this qualifier, 50 culinary and 24 management teams compete. First place winning teams in the culinary and management competitions qualify to compete at the National ProStart Invitational. After registering, a separate email will be sent regarding student names, chef coat sizes, table risers requests, and deadlines for menu/recipe.
